This morning (~ 04:30 -0500) I ran a CVS update from my machine. Here is
the command, and what the CVS returned:
% cvs -z3 -qd :pserver:cvs@cvs.xemacs.org:/pack/xemacscvs update -D 2003-10-08
P lisp/ChangeLog
P lisp/autoload.el
P lisp/code-files.el
P src/ChangeLog
P src/emodules.c
When I build in the tree, the the version returned says
21.5(beta16) (+CVS-20031002)
which is not very helpful should someone need to track down when a problem
began. I understand that the daily version.sh update cron job is not
running, but shouldn't the version file be updated by hand in this case, or
is my system just ignoring that version.sh has changed? The mod date on
version.sh on my system is Oct. 04, but it was from the Oct. 02 update.
