The "other" Xemacs List?

Folk: I've been out of touch for a couple of weeks after murdering my filesystem. While I wasn't looking, what happened to the <Xemacs(a)xemacs.org&gt; mail list? It's mentioned on the website but there's no subscription instructions. And I'm not getting any traffic from what was formerly a very busy list. I don't see an announcement here.
