See the threads on my latin-unity on c.e.x. It's clearly something that both belongs in core and is too dangerous to put there for 21.1 and 21.4. Or the ibuffer thing that JPW is doing. Yes, we need to think about gracefully migrating these things to core. But if it's possible to do in Lisp, Just Do It.
