Okahata. David is a complainer. He does good work and we should
support him, but the fact is that his complaint has been addressed in
several ways. His response? He's given up, and now he's complaining
that nobody will pick up the ball on porting his project to XEmacs.

Or perhaps somebody could just cons up a package. See the threads on
my latin-unity on c.e.x. It's clearly something that both belongs in
core and is too dangerous to put there for 21.1 and 21.4. Or the
ibuffer thing that JPW is doing.
Yes, we need to think about gracefully migrating these things to
core. But if it's possible to do in Lisp, Just Do It. XEmacs will
distribute it.
