[QUERY 21.4] Re: [PATCH] etags sync

QUERY 21.4 Yoshiki> Makefile.in.in portion is recommended for 21.4. (NB this is to add -DEMACS_NAME=XEmacs to CFLAGS for etags.) Is the same change appropriate for ootags? We probably ought to think about making emacs_name a configure variable (eg for use of Infodock, UTF-2000 XEmacs, etc).
