Correct me if I'm wrong but we do have an Innosetup installer already?
So you don't have to start from scratch. Right?
So this task would basically then be to build a native XEmacs,
possibly make changes to the installer-script (Innosetup) depending on
the new version and upload it?
There are some essential(!?) packages included with the installer as
well? So these packages need to be handled as well. Are they delivered
as is from the latest sumo or från the latest version in CVS?

If it is somewhat like I have outlined above I think I could swing
it. I have the basic tools for that at least and have used Innosetup
for some other project so why not. It doesn't seem to be that big
burden. (Or am I missing something?)
