I'm not going to do anything about it soon, but it occurs to me that
"wiki word" movement (kill, copy, etc) might be a nice feature. In that
case probably we ought to make "wiki word" and `_'-is-word-character
global options.
Comments? Especially, do you think Java programmers would like
wiki-word movement?
Yes. Even more so if it treated case change as a word boundary :D
