Installs in the wrong directory on Windows 3

Dear Bug Team! XEmacs installs in the wrong directory on non English versions of Windows 32 machines. The correct directory for the Danish version is "c:\Programmer" instead of "c:\Program files". You should look for the Program directory ind the Windows Registry instead of using the English version.
