Jake> Jake> BTW I am a power XEmacs for Unix user; I am new to Cygwin. a cygwin build will recognize the cygwin mount table, so you can do stuff like C-x C-f /usr/local/src rather than C:\cygwin\usr\local\src also cygwin symlinks, etc. note that cygwin mounts are not really mounts in the unix sense but rather conveniences -John Turner
