Problems with ftp.xemacs.org & www.xemacs.org?
Package downloads have been painfully slow an hung numerous times today
in the timeframe of 16:00-18:00 MET DST.
Got as low as 900B - 4KB/s transfer rates.
Currently (21:00-22:00 MET DST) http://www.xemacs.org
does not respond.
http://cvs.xemacs.org is OK.
