[PATCH] fix eol handlling in propagated glyphs.
This is on top of my previous patch. Chuck let me know if this doesn't fix
the problem you were seeing with VM.

* redisplay.c (create_text_block): Don't actually add propagation
data if the line ends after we have added a glyph.
* lisp.h (Dynarr_end): Fix definition.
