This is more or less known (did you know that Ben? It bombs out for
both Native Windows and Cygwin so I assumed ... anyway now you know).

If there are errors and stuff you want the core people to know about,
it's best to Cc xemacs-beta and ben(a)xemacs.org. (Ben only
sporadically follows the lists. If you're following XEmacs Patches or
check the ChangeLogs and are pretty sure it's not related to a Ben
change, you can leave him out.)
This applies with special force to Mac people (that's why I singled
you out, Chris), as the other main platforms (Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris,
Cygwin, and MSVC++) are built daily by somebody with warnings cranked
to the max, so we'd see them.
