Not currently. There has been discussion of changing the Lisp engine
in XEmacs -- see eg

-- but there is no currently active effort AFAIK.
Guile is pretty low on the list of implementations being considered,
last I heard. Many developers favor Common Lisp, which won't help
you, and others prefer various dialects of Scheme other than Guile.
