There is already a de-facto forum for XEmacs discussions in Russian
(fido7.ru.gnu newsgroup). And I for the recent time try to serve as a
mediator between it and xemacs-beta :)

Yes, there is an idea around that if that wasn't for the Japanese, various
locale issues were just not so well supported as they are now. Russian
seems so easy in comparison with Japanese :)
