It's the list where you are most likely to find developers, but it's
not "the developers' list." (Not speaking for my colleagues:) I don't
make a sharp distinction between user and developer. These are roles
that the same person plays in varying degrees according to context and
phase of the moon.
The reason it's called "xemacs-beta" is that beta testers are supposed
to hang out here. As active contributors they are more likely to
respond, and should given extra weight. They are also likely to have
better-informed opinions.
