I'm not qualified to answer this. :-(
There's always the question: does the bug happen in 21.1? If not,
it's very likely an XEmacs bug.
As such, I don't have anything against documenting it in PROBLEMS,
which is as good a place for it as any, but we should indicate that in
this case the bug is with us and not with Sun's Motif.
