Re: mouse-track-insert bug (windows native) now also in 21.4.1, 21.5-b0

See the thread starting at http://list-archive.xemacs.org/xemacs-beta/200006/msg00136.html I was looking forward to 21.4 for a long time because this problem was fixed there.

Now, alas, the problem is also in 21.4.1 and 21.5-b0. Can we try to fix this now? I will need some help with this.
