Is it down for a David> reason? xemacs(a)xemacs.org is supposed to be a bidirectional gateway to the comp.emacs.xemacs newsgroup. AFAIK posts to it are still gatewayed to xemacs-news(a)xemacs.org, and on from there to the newsgroup. And vice-versa. My guess is that you got auto-killed for too many bounces ... no, you're listed as still there and receiving. I'll look into what's happening with the list.
