Please build and test --with-{dialogs,widgets}=motif [was: Re: warnings in 21.4.9 compile]

Suddenly, I got one. If most Motif platforms build _and run_ OK, I'll release anyway, and warn that Linux + Motif is bad juju, and try and get 21.4.10 out with a fix ASAP. If other platforms are hosed, too, we should try to fix it first. If you can get a Motif build, and then run it and pop up an X frame and do a little editing and maybe read some Info, that's good enough for now.
