Hi,
While working on an update to the Help mode I realized that we have
the enhanced Help mode called Hyper apropos with drop in replacements
for describe-variable and describe-function. What is the story? Why do
we need two such similar packages - why not merge whatever is good in
Help mode into Hyper apropos and make it one function instead?
Or should we keep them side by side? In that case maybe interface
changes to Help mode should spill over to Hyper-apropos so that they
feel similar!?
Comments?
Yours

It could be done. My point is that, at least once upon a time, there
were people who didn't do it to be the way you want it to be. They do
have a point in that the already complicated behavior gets more
complicated when it's different at dump time.
