Hi All,
I tried to get and build xemacs on my reshly installed palinux box
All goes fine during compile build.
The char mode xemacs obtained this way works fine, but as soon as I do export
DISPLAY=... the X versin doesn't start.
I think I have all needed for X work ok as xterm did startup for instance.
But running xemacs in X mode gives

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
I am unsure what triggered the bug but I was suddenly unable to use
the left hand ctrl key pressing C-U resulted in the message 'C-^U
not defined' in the minibuffer. The right hand ctrl key still works
OK. I am using a Logitech wireless keyboard with drivers
downloaded on 02-01-02.

Dear Bug Team!
When compiling Xemacs with GTK support, Xemacs crashing when it tries
to display a frame that was created by the balloon-help lib. I created
some other lisp code myself that displays a browser frame (using some
of the balloon-help code to create/show the frame), and that crashes
as well. What's typical for the balloon-help frame is that almost
every widget (scrollbars, modeline, message area, toolbar, menubar,
etc) has been surpressed.
Producing the error is very simple. Build an xemacs with-gtk support,
start it and enable balloon-help-mode. Now hover with the mouse over a
toolbar button, wait half a second and there it is.

2) Tools -> Packages -> List and Install
3) Select the packages you wish to install (there are brief
