Dear Bug Team!
This is a second gnus version I tried that seems to have something
broken in the scoring system. I can not enter any group, because an
error in the very beginning of the scoring routine (I don't even use
scoring)
I use precompiled xemacs binaries, I don't think there is anything
specific in my case (maybe except my HOME is in DFS filesystem?)

I can not build 21.5 on Solaris 2.5 as of this morning's CVS.
(SunOS-4.1.4 works fine, though.)
Apparently ptrdiff_t is no longer defined on the Solaris 2.5 platform:

lazy-lock-pre-idle-fontify-windows can change the current buffer -
which is a problem since it's run from pre-idle-hook and programs do
not expect buffer to change during that.
Below is an simple patch to the problem, but I do not know if there's
speed problems from it. Someone who knows the lazy-lock can tell that
immediately though.

Configured with with-gtk, --with-mule
1) I have paren-mode set to paren. There are no highlights.
2) When I drag the mouse, the selection is NOT highlighted.
3) In apropos, when I move the mouse over mouse regions, they are not
highlighted.
4) Some (not all) .gif files I use in the xemacs toolbar dont display
in this version though they display fine in

Installed successfully. One glitch, ut does not accept my current athena lib (it
accepted by prev. version and by 21.5.2)
Error: Could not find a suitable Athena library to build with.
It worked when I removed --with-dialogs=athena.
Gauge problem does not seem to be fixed. It is on 21.5.2.
Yeah and the same problem when visiting a file from the speedbar - gauge is
attached to its frame. Not very good looking ....

Looking around a little further, it looks like "src/broken-sun.h" was
created to solve just this problem. Perhaps this isn't being properly
included in all of the sunos/solaris-specific headers?
