Fix window geometry 24 years, 9 months

This patch fixes window geometry to do the right thing (i.e. not include the frame gutters). (window_pixel_height): new function. calulate window pixel height with frame gutter involvement. (Fsplit_window): calculate new sizes taking frame gutters into account. EGCS and company work, Borland have an offering and Sybase still sell Watcom C and C++, but it has not updated in the last two years AFAIK. Which is a shame, because unlike Kirill, I have seen many problems out of MSVC (inherited, originally, from Zortech), at least in some of the edges of the language. Yes & no... you can use borland if you want, but it can generally be a bigger pain that it is worth. Supposedly it is better at tracking the C++ standard than most unix compilers and msvc. Don't know how it stacks up against egcs though. -bill p.
