It is not going to be gnupg, at least not yet. gnupg appears to be unusable by design on BSDI. It may be possible to sign the binaries after they have crossed the US and landed on the FTP site as they are copied over an encrypted link with ssh, but that is missing the point of signing, I believe.

How do I use pui? I tried `M-x pui-list-packages', but it tried to connect to ftp.xemacs.org and failed miserably because you can't do that from here.
