Hey,
I think that this new package, called `cl-array.el', will be great for
XEmacs. I've already done some wonders with it.
It makes XEmacs almost fully compatible with Common Lisp with respect
to arrays. Using it, you can do lots of neat stuff. So far, I've
written a matrix package (matrix.el). It's all GNU Emacs compatible
too. I sent a letter to Dave Gillespie, and he seems to think it's a
good idea. Here is his reply to my mail:
