[PACKAGES (eshell)] A more rational test for XEmacs-ness

I gotta admit, this is the first time I've seen xemacs-logo used to determine if the running emacs is XEmacs or not. :-) Of course, an added side benefit to this patch is that it makes Eshell usable on SXEmacs.
