Hey, if users want to do that, they can live with it. We should

It's the missing ccl-jit-ucs-2 thing. I don't know if your recent
patch restoring it fixes things yet.

The reason I don't like the vector of registries patch is that I have
no idea what I prefer; this changes the model in a way that leaves me
not trusting my intuition at all. The crashes that are showing up
suggests that your intuition isn't particularly well-tuned yet,
either.:-/
