[R21.4R21.5] `defclass' and `defmethod' autoloads

This is fallout from upgrading to the latest version of JDE, which requires the latest versions of the eieio, semantic and speedbar packages (and some more---it ain't pretty). I know this isn't a particularly pretty way of supporting those packages---but it's prettier than whatever else I could think of.
