New Lisp package kits for egg-its, skk, and APEL

I've uploaded new package kits for above three Lisp packages. If you
are even remotely considering building an XEmacs/Mule binary kit for
21.1.x, you must upgrade the egg-its and skk you are building against.
APEL contains a new file that got left out and a bytecode portability
fix. Both these changes are necessary for APEL to work with
file-coding and no Mule.

Due to an unexpected but planned power outage here Thursday and Friday,
Friday's beta will either be postponed until the evening or until

XEmacs 21.2.14 "Dionysos" is released

There are lots and lots of changes from 21.2.13, the most controversial
is the behavior is the behavior of the DEL key -- it now defaults to
deleting forward if there is also a Backspace keysym on the keyboard.
There is initial Mule support for Thai, KOI8, Vietnamese and Ethiopic
courtesy of MORIOKA Tomohiko and the world's foremost expert on CCL,
TAKAHASHI Naoto. Due to a mail server outage here at ETL yesterday
afternoon, the required patches to mule-base didn't reach me in time
to make yesterday's package update. I'll be making an update to
mule-base as soon as I've had a chance to test the patch first.
We will be back on a weekly release schedule, with 21.2.x betas being
released every Friday. XEmacs 21.2.15 is scheduled for Friday, May 21.

XEmacs 21.1.2 "20 Minutes to 日光" is released

At long last, the first maintenance release for 21.0.final aka 21.0.67
is released. Get it from the new place:

and from the old place:

This contains bug fixes only and hopefully should be fairly stable.
Starting from 21.1.3, the 21.1 series will be owned by Vin Shelton.
You should be able to patch up from 21.0.67 (or a previous version) by
applying all the patch kits in between. In particular, if you are
patching up from 21.0.67, you will need to apply both 21.1 patch kits
xemacs-21.0.67-21.1.1.patch.gz
xemacs-21.1.1-21.1.2.patch.gz
in order.
If you are updating from CVS, the 21.1 branch will continue to be
the default, so you do not need to specify a release tag to get it.
I expect that people will start making binary kits from here on
out. Please coordinate with the Binary Kit Manager, Jason Mastaler
<jason(a)xemacs.org>, if you wish to contribute in this area.
There is no schedule yet for 21.1.x maintenance releases. The next
21.2 beta will be released later this afternoon.
