Town, a place where all manner of electronic toys may be purchased, is.

This release is all bug fixes, 21.2.17 "Chiyoda"/千代田 is scheduled
for Friday, June 18. I will try to get out new lisp packages Sumos
this weekend.
The XEmacs Japanese world tour continues with Sumida, named after
Sumida-ku (墨田区), a ward of Tokyo. It is the home of Sumo
wrestling, and where last month's tournament took place. It is
located adjacent to and to the East of Tokyo Station and Ueno
Station. Here's a URL to the approximate location. The red square is
where the Sumo Stadium is. Ueno Park/Zoo is the green on the upper
left side.

NB: I put up a patch kit, but it is probably poison. One file isn't
properly checked into CVS and causes `cvs rdiff' to puke.
Also, this is the first time I've made a distribution on a Solaris
box. Please report anything strange in the packaging to me so I can
fix it.
There are many, many tests in the test suite now. Please run them
with `make check' and submit any results that are non-100% to
xemacs-beta(a)xemacs.org. There are 68 unidentified lisp tests that
fail on DEC OSF and 1 unidentified base64 test that fails with
XEmacs no-Mule. Solaris 2.6 and Linux look clean.
All files have been signed with gnupg. The public key for verifying
signatures is at:
