[PATCH (hyperbole)] POSIX/bourne shell compatibility
Here's a patch that makes hyperbole's smart-clib-sym use plain old sh
instead of csh, gets rid of the perl dependency, and adds better POSIX
compatibility and portability. As an unrelated bonus, removed
GNUmakefile.id from the list of shipped files; it seems unneeded on end
user systems to me. These and possibly some other unused files could be
also "cvs rm"d if you like.
