Oh, I see. There's no hurry to implement as far as I'm concerned.
But if a patch has been discussed and I see the patch come through I
don't need to go much past the top ChangeLog on first read. Please
use the keyword SUPERSEDES or something to indicate when some text is
obsolete, but used to provide context.
