I already applied a similar patch (derived from the gentoo patch - see
my earlier message to xemacs-patches), which i am having to rework to
be Windows-compatible.

P21.4 From netbsd

I have culled through the netbsd patches and I think two should be
applied to the general source tree:
1. The configure.in changes to support the various netbsd platforms.
2. A change to src/dired.c to use NAME_MAX when it is available.
See attached.
The vcdiff change comes from emacs and is GPLv3 and cannot be added to
21.4's GPLv2 codebase.

AC21.4 Fix X-Window Progress bar

This fixes the progress bar under X-Window in 21.4.
There will have to be a 21.4.24 at some point. I promise to review the
netbsd and gentoo patches.

[P21.4] Fix for CVE-2009-2688

I adapted this patch from the gentoo patch by Vincent Danan (
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=511994). I used uint64_t for
the (necessary 8-byte) type, rather than the lisp.h ugliness listed there.
Please review.
