Ah, one thing I noticed: XML requires end tags, so we're going to need
to use a rather smart (ie, HTML-aware) program to close those
paragraphs, if we're going to do it automatically. So it's a good
idea to use lowercase tags, but not going to help much in a move to
XML, I'm afraid.
