It is the following line in my .Xdefaults:
Emacs.geometry: 81x56--9--1
Looks like XEmacs-21.0 uses it also for the popup menu...
My usage of "geometry" might be wrong (how is it right?), but I guess,
more users have sth like that in their .Xdefaults.
