Compared to the XEmacs tarball, EFS and mail-lib are still
ridiculously small. What's the case against distributing (the current
versions of) EFS and mail-lib with the tarball?
I'm not opposed to this. I suppose the only thing is that real efs needs to
be installable and needs to be in a package location so that it can be
upgraded. Also only a small amount ot efs and friends is actually needed
for package updates.
