The first paragraph in above page attempts to make clear that these
packages are contributed and external packages.
The XEmacs ftp site now has a contrib directory. This directory
contains packages which are not included with our distribution. Most
likely they are here because they require some porting.
The XEmacs packages need to be placed more prominently on the XEmacs
website relative to those external packages.
