I suspect it's not much effort, as long as you have the installer kit. I wanted to play with it myself, but I haven't had the time.. :( I don't remember what installer we use, but I'd be willing to spring for InstallShield 6 or IS for Windows Installer, maybe get an xemacs license that can be internally transferred from one developer to the next as people join and leave the project? In my end-user experience, IS will do much better than the others at uninstalling cleanly, handling files in use, keeping the registry straight, and all that other neat stuff you'd want for Windows logo compliance and general happiness. Anybody interested in pursuing this with me?
