I dunno whether they do. But being the copyright holders, they don't
need to abide by *any* license to redistribute their works.
Huh? Does Cygnus also hold the copyrights to bash, gawk, flex,
bison, gzip, patch, diff, etc.? These are all part of the Cygnus
gnu-win32 InstallShield package.
