   I got it.  I will do it in byte-optimize-if or something like that
 respectively. 
  I was doing these for byte-opt.el of FSFmacs, and perhaps has
finished.  Now I apply same thing to byte-optimize.el of XEmacs.  I
will send diff file xemacs-patches.
