Hi,
I guess this is the long-known problem filenames in the PSGML packages
which are illegal under Windows NT (dots in filenames).

When I was checking out the xemacs packages, I got the same error
report under Windows95.
BTW, where can I get the document (or FAQ) about building and installing
XEmacs and its packages. I am interested in joining the development
team. When compiling, I got many compiling warnings. When I tried
to install, the error was 'makeinfo not found'. I am using Cygnus'
gcc compiler. Do I have to install the info files? If possible, how
to avoid compiling and installing the info files?
Thanks.
Bo
