I have written a minor mode p4.el that works with the Perforce SCM (www.perforce.com). Unfortunately, this doesn't meet the criteria of GNU Emacs maintainers since they have expressed reservations about accepting code that might encourage the use of non-free software. I would like to know what the policy is for XEmacs maintainers to accept lisp contributions to XEmacs. If anyone can let me know that, I'd appreciate it.
