Hyperbole defines set-fill-prefix in hyperbole/kotl/kfill.el. For

Mats, thanks for the explanation. Would it be safe to do some kind of
(eval-when-compile (require 'foo)) to make the byte compiler shut up then (for
both set-fill-prefix and fill-paragraph)? I'm thinking that we should be
scanning the package build output for byte compiler warnings about wrong
number of arguments, and it would be nice to avoid false positives.
