Sure. So what? The question is does it make XEmacs better? My conclusion is that it makes XEmacs distinctly _worse_ except as eye candy.

It makes my daily XEmacs life better in at least one respect: I'm now able to work with an eight point default font. This is two points smaller than before---which of course results in much more code on my screen at once.
