Hi Jeff, I’ve just done the above (mostly because it would have been even more tedious for anyone else to do it), and pushed to the hg.debian.org repository, and to https://bitbucket.org/kehoea/xemacs-gtk . There should probably be a bitbucket repository for xemacs-gtk under https://bitbucket.org/xemacs/ ; or, alternatively, you could put up one under your userspace there.
