Sorry to bother this list, but I have received no response from either the regular xemacs list nor the xemacs newsgroup (the two don't seem to be coupled anymore). When I run gdb on a piece of C code, I don't get the debug icons I used to get under XEmacs 20.4, and in general something seems to be broken about it. When I "run" the program I'm debugging in the gdb/GUD window, I get: (1) (error/warning) Error in process filter: (error toolbar spec must be list or nil t.c) I tried doing this with setting "Debug on Error" under the Options->General Options menu, and I get the long list of messages attached to the bottom of this post. This behaves the same under every installation of XEmacs 2.1.9. The same procedures performed with XEmacs 20.4 (which is still available on all the machines) did not have any problems. Although I didn't install the sumo tarballs, I double checked that I have the debug package and its dependecies installed, and I have the latest versions. Can anybody offer any help?
