As a user, I'd rather have it out and a little buggy than not at all.
This selfishness comes from the fact that I am using Cygwin and few
other XEmacs releases support it. :-)
The one thing I would like to see is ANY documentation on how one is
supposed to build XEmacs from scratch AND get a reasonable package-set
installed. If someone can point me to crappy documentation, I'd even
volunteer to do some cleanup.
