In XEmacs 21.4 (patch 3) "Academic Rigor" [Lucid] (i586-pc-win32) of Thu May 17 2001 on SHALOM configured using `configure UNKNOWN' Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug and the precise symptoms of the bug: I'm running XEmacs 21.4.3 on a Windows NT4 system, and on a Windows 2000 system. On both of these systems, the window does not repaint correctly when it is uncovered. The buffers repaint, but the scroll bars and the action buttons at the top of the frame do not.
