I fixed the problem in beta/xemacs-21.2, but not in packages. They should now both be fixed. Hmmm. Maybe I should figure out how to actually *use* those files, instead of just creating them, so that I can test them. Lesson learned: always do a `find' when fixing permission problems. Martin
