I'll look into this shortly. I currently do not have a Win32
ClearCase client machine at my disposal, so please do not expect an immediate answer
unless I can find the problem by code inspection alone.

Cliff,
there seems to be some confusion regrading your view's "view tag". On UNIX,
I can duplicate the error message by running (ct is shorthand for cleartool):
ct lsstream -long -view notaviewtag
Could you please check the output of the following commands at the command line prompt:
1. ct lsstream -long -view Raven_Phase_1
2. ct lsstream -long -view notaviewtag
3. ct lsstream -long -view cyoung_view
I should think that the last command won't result in an error message.
Then please run:
ct lsview -long -properties -full cyoung_view
How exactly did you create the view? Specifically, how did the name Raven_Phase_1 get
associated with \\view\cyoung_view?
