Licensing issues would be a significant risk to using Qt. With the
introduction of Qt 2.0 and the use of the Q Public License, most of
the roadblocks to using Qt in an `open source' project were
removed. But just because something is generally possible does not
mean an existing application can easily take advantage of it.
